Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

Located in a charming canal district near the city center with complimentary bikes and reserved parking in a secured garage. Terrific staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Immaculate and comfy rooms in a cozy, wood-burning fireplace breakfast room with lots of natural light. Definitely worth staying again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by a beautiful canal and just a short walk from the city center. The hotel was in a quiet area, great for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Our room had traditional charm, with exposed beams and a lovely view. The hotel facilities were great, with a guest lounge where we could relax and a breakfast room with a cozy fireplace. We also appreciated the free bike rental, which allowed us to explore the city easily.

The hotel is in an ideal central location, right in the heart of the old city, near all of the major attractions in Bruges and just off of a charming canal. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful, providing helpful hints for exploring the city and recommending restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfy chairs for relaxing and a fireplace in some rooms. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptional, with a comprehensive buffet including fresh squeezed orange juice and the best croissant I've had in Europe.

That there was some noise from the outside, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, right on the river and just across a canal from a regular bus stop. The rooms are beautiful, with exposed beams and a view of the canal. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is delicious and plentiful. they offer free bicycles for guests to explore the area.

There were some issues with the local transportation system employees who were clueless about the hotel's location, causing a delay in reaching the hotel from the bus station.

Loved this hotel! The decor was beautiful and minimalistic, with hints of antique art. The hotel manager gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities, and you could really tell he loved the city. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still tucked away enough to have some peace and quiet. We also enjoyed the free bicycles and the opportunity to explore the charming neighborhood. a romantic escape that we will always cherish.

The service provided by the staff was really good, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and I loved the fact that they had parking facilities available. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a peaceful part of the city yet still within a short 10-minute walk to the center. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
